The Fultang Polyclinic is a division of the Fultang Foundation trust. It is located in Mbaresoumtou village in the suburbs of Nkongsamba, and currently serves a population of about 250, 000 and more including the surrounding villages.

The Fultang Polyclinic is a multi-purpose modern health facility with various departments at the service of patients. Currently available within the hospital are an Emergency Medicine Department, Surgical Department, a Laboratory, Ophthalmology Department, Neonatal Department, Maternity Unit, Paediatric Department, Cardiology Department, Dentistry Unit and an Imaging Department.
